Day after KSC Alumni race, my legs are throbbing right now. I had a pretty good race, 19th overall, 16:57, 4th man on Keene. 13 seconds faster than last year. Pretty happy about it, I have to close the gap on the other 3 guys, they all had great races. Hoyt, Thomas and Ryan were right up front looking strong. I know once I get my legs moving again after some workouts I will be able to get back with them.
Overall I am pleased with the day and had a fun night with the team. Looking forward to getting some good workouts in.
